FAQs

ABOUT OUR CHILDCARE

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Bluebook Schools has had the privilege to serve the children and families in the Dayton area for over 38 years. We hope to continue providing childcare for many years to come, and look forward to serving you and your child!

Q: Whom do we employ?

A: We employ only the best-qualified, and professional childcare staff members. All staff receive extensive continuing education and in service training on current issues in early childhood education.

Q: How is Bluebook Schools a safe, healthy, and fun environment?

A: At Bluebook Schools, you and your child will feel safe. The children are supervised at all times. Our staff is always aware of who, where and when someone is on the premises. Staff is responsible for their children in their care. Center policies and procedures are established and posted in each classroom to ensure the safety of the children. At our center, the children activity areas, including restrooms, are cleaned and disinfected daily. Equipment, toys and cots are sanitized every Friday and when needed. Staff and children are required to wash their hands upon entering the center, after toileting and at each meal to ensure a healthy environment. We know that children are curious and eager to explore everything around them. Our center provides sufficient and suitable play materials to offer ample opportunity for learning and growth and a wide variety of experiences. We believe that well-balanced play materials stimulate the imagination and the physical, emotional, social and communication development of a child.
